Many of us are challenged with distractions while eating. Whether it be in front of the TV, breakfast in the car or lunch at our desk, distracted eating disrupts digestion. During our client appointments we discuss the importance of mindful and intuitive eating. Over the next couple of days try sipping a hot breakfast beverage mindfully.
