For this recipe we also used Ripple Milk. This dairy-free milk alternative is made from peas and boasts a whopping 8grams of protein per cup. And with only 100 calories per cup, it makes a perfect addition to this superfood smoothie.
Chocolate Hemp Smoothie-
1C Chocolate Flavored Ripple Milk
½ C water 1 C Frozen Blueberries
2T Hemp Seeds
Add 1 C Ice Blend and enjoy
